Vital leadership skills for a tough economic climate

Monday 18th May 2009:  6pm - 9pm

Leaders in these tough, unpredictable economic conditions are being tested in ways that many have not experienced in recent years.  At times like these, having a confident, robust sense of self, a candid communication style and the ability to lead from the front could not be more important.

  • Currently in a leadership role or are are moving into a new leadership role.

This interactive evening workshop will help you to:

  • Lead from the front and avoid the pitfalls of playing only to your strengths during tough economic times
  • Be calm in crisis, confident in uncertainty, and grounded in fundamental principles and values rather than quick fixes
  • Build your confidence and self-awareness
  • Polish your communications skills and leadership presence
